4. ANTI-FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY LUXECRAFTTREND maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against friendly fraud and unauthorized card use.

  • By completing a purchase, you explicitly authorize our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

  • Any attempt to falsely claim a package was not delivered, or to initiate a chargeback without contacting our support team at artwork_06_pose@icloud.com first, will be vigorously contested.

  • We reserve the right to submit all backend tracking logs, IP delivery records, carrier signatures, and order communications to the issuing bank as definitive evidence of transaction completion.
