1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Standard Global Shipping: All orders undergo a strict quality control and standard handling process. Once your package is fulfilled and dispatched from our logistics center, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 15 business days.
Please Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected customs clearances, local postal backlogs, or extreme weather conditions in your destination country may occasionally cause minor delays.
2. ANTI-CHARGEBACK & REFUSAL POLICY (IMPORTANT)
Once an order has been securely packaged, dispatched, and handed over to our international shipping carriers, the transaction is legally active and in transit.
We strictly do not accept any chargebacks, open disputes, or payment cancellations based on packages that are currently in transit.
In-transit orders cannot be intercepted or recalled. Any unauthorized chargeback initiated during the shipping window will be contested vigorously. We reserve the right to present our shipment logs, carrier tracking numbers, and transit evidence to the issuing bank as definitive proof of fulfillment.
3. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURNS Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If you receive your package and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not initiate a dispute with your bank.

Please include your Order Number and a brief description/photo of your issue. Our dedicated support team will guide you through our standard return and refund process within 24–48 hours to ensure a smooth, secure solution.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order ships, a confirmation email containing a secure tracking link will be automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time from our dispatch center directly to your doorstep.
